Sunnywell is designed in an upside down fashion to make the most of the far-reaching views from the huge open plan living area on the first floor with a full length window and French doors with a ballustrade. With a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting and dining areas you will have all you need in this charming room with huge exposed A frames adding to the rustic authentic charm. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, the large vaulted master double with exposed beams and en-suite facilities and a twin with zip and link beds giving you the option of a double at your request. There is also a further family bathroom with a full size bath to relax after a day walking the moors or cycling on one of the many popular cycling trails. Outside enclosed gardens and a patio with furniture add to the relaxing feel. There is also a small barn outside used as a utility room which doubles up as a store for bikes and boards and also has half size table tennis. Being in such a central location makes Sunnywell perfect as a touring base and from the moment you arrive to a good Cornish welcome from the owners and a wonderful home made cream tea to the moment you leave you are assured of a memorable holiday in idyllic surroundings. Ideal for a family or two couples all year round.

Lanivet is a delightful little village in the heart of the Cornish countryside. It offers a shop and a pub serving food, as well as a fish and chip restaurant. It comes near to Bodmin, a popular town with a range of amenities. You can also easily reach the popular attractions of Bodmin Moor and the Camel cycle trail for to more energetic, whilst the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the National Trust's Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project provide a more relaxing pastime.

Please note: you are able to charge an electric car at the property, however there will be a £80 + VAT (5%) per week, per vehicle charge payable to the owner If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to tell us and pay any additional charges as required.

Any accessories required to facilitate this would not be provided.
