This is a brilliant base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and waterways of the Fal River. Small motor boat, kayaks and water transport provided free of charge Easter to October (by arrangement, subject to weather and experience) for exploring the river and its network of creeks. The private, gently sloping garden is mostly lawned with bright flower beds and decked seating area (table/chairs, barbecue) providing a peaceful spot in which to relax and watch birds and boats go by.

Steps (23) down through the garden to the front door. Comfortable open-plan living/dining room with TV/DVD, the river views and patio doors to the decking. Fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, microwave) with walk-in larder and the same lovely views. Porch (washer-drier) for coats/boots and wetsuits. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath).
