If your ideal holiday home is a traditional cottage on the Cornish coast, Trethun is the perfect choice. Though newly refurbished, the cottage has retained many of its character features including exposed wooden beams and a wood burning stove.

Set in the historic seaside village of Porthleven, it is a short stroll from the harbour and town centre, which means that a fabulous meal at Rick Stein’s restaurant or one of the town’s many other eateries, is within easy walking distance during your stay.

The cottage has a lovely cosy feel with the living room, open plan kitchen / diner and shower room all being found on the ground floor.

The property’s family bathroom can be found on the first floor along with its three bright and inviting bedrooms.

Porthleven has a beautiful beach and a weekly market, as well as its very popular annual food festival that showcases the very best of Cornish cuisine and produce.

The area has storage, a shoe rack, washing machine, tumble dryer and a vacuum cleaner.

Access to the rear parking space through the back door.

Wood burning stove. A basket of wood is provided on arrival and you can purchase more if needed from the local store.

On the ground floor the property is either wooden flooring or tiled and on the first floor is carpeted throughout.

Parking

Outside there is a bricked drive providing parking for one car, the space is suitable for most cars but would be a bit tight for larger cars.
