    About this property

The Loft lies just outside the village of St Keverne and is a first floor barn conversion. The cottage sleeps two, making it a perfect romantic retreat.

Situated close to the village of St Keverne is The Loft, an all first floor barn conversion. The cottage is set within the owners' two acre garden, along with their farmhouse and two other cottages. This welcoming cottage has light and airy rooms which are ideal to relax in. The cottage sleeps two and has one double bedroom, plus a shower room and an open plan living area with a well equipped fitted kitchen, sitting area with sofabed and a dining area.
There is the added bonus of off road parking for two cars, plus the shared use of a beautiful large lawned garden which is adjacent to the cottage, but not attached, and has tables and chairs. The village of St Keverne has shops and pubs that surround the village square and there are many walking opportunities nearby, which makes The Loft an perfect base.
All first floor. One double bedroom. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed and dining area.
The lovely village of St Keverne lies just inland from the sea and is situated on the eastern side of The Lizard Peninsula. The village has pubs and shops which surround the village square, plus a church spire. The South West Coastal path has beautiful coves, sandy bays and spectacular cliffs that are wonderful to walk along and nearby are the Helford River and Helford village, which are worth visiting. Nearby is Falmouth, which has one the largest natural harbours, Pendennis Castle and the popular National Maritime Museum. There is plenty to see and do within this part of Cornwall.
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

    Mr Gareth Owen, London,
"We particularly enjoyed the location, peacefulness and the overall layout of the accommodation."
Mrs Isabel Harris, Pontyclun, Rhondda Cynon Taff
"We enjoyed every aspect of our week in Cornwall, especially the Loft. We were not sure what to expect when renting a loft at the top of a barn, but were more than pleasantly surprised by the Loft - everything was provided; it was clean and modern; in pleasant surroundings; within reasonable walking distant of St. Keverne with Coverace a little further. Would not hesitate to stay at the Loft again if we are lucky enough to return to Cornwall. "
Mr Andrew Ramwell, High Peak, Derbyshire
"Very good property in a lovely spot. Great garden and our host made it a very nice week."
    Mrs Josette Oliver-jones, Bexhill-on-Sea,
"Accomodation very comfortable, peaceful and set in a lovely countryside. Lovely walks from your door to explore the beautiful countryside and places of interest in the Lizard. Helpful, friendly owner. "
    Mrs Currey, York, North Yorkshire
"The Loft was our first experience in a rented cottage, and we found it comfortable and practical. It was a good base from which to visit the many and varied attractions in the area. We had a very busy holiday, which was our aim, but it would have been excellent for a relaxing chill as well. Helpful information was provided for local walks, and we liked being able to park our car so close to our entrance. Friendly owner near at hand for queries."
