Bedroom 2: Single Bed (3') with trundle (only suitable for children), built in wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.

garden AND parking: One allocated parking space, on street parking nearby. Enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture. Lockable storage for bikes/ surfboards, barbecue, side access with lockable gate.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 medium; £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heating: Gas and Electricity included in rent, central heating throughout.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair, stairgate.
