… on Penbroath Farm, Carnhell Green, three cottages beautifully converted from traditional stone barns around a secluded, leafy courtyard  tucked 200 yards down a private drive. The cottages share an indoor heated swimming pool (13’ x 9’ x 4’ deep) and each has its own private outdoor space. Shared utility room (washing machine, tumble drier). The friendly owners live in the former farmhouse across the courtyard. Lovely walks all around. Popular  farm shop/restaurant, 5 minute drive. Excellent cottages for individual couples/families or to book together for a larger group: a relaxing, peaceful place close to fabulous beaches. 

The Mowhay: a lovely ‘upside down’ cottage with own large private garden (table/chairs, barbecue, loungers) at the back for relaxing and sunbathing.  Access up 12 steep steps (handrail) to front door and further 2 steps up into open-plan kitchen/living/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas cooker with double oven) with wood floor, picture window, sofa bed and TV/DVD. Stairs down to double bedroom (half-tester bed) and shower-room (suite).
