Conveniently next door to a licensed café/restaurant and only a few hundred yards from the beach. Outdoor shower for sandy bodies.
Living room (TV/DVD) with half conservatory (sea views, great sunsets), glazed sliding door to balcony and 7 steps down to garden; fitted kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, American-style fridge-freezer with ice-maker/water chiller, electric range-style cooker) with TV/DVD and patio door to small back garden and parking. Three ground-floor bedrooms – two double with washbasins and sea views, and a twin (2’6" beds); shower-room (suite with large cubicle). Steep, narrow stairs up to a fourth bedroom with a double plus single bed and even better sea views; bathroom (suite, shower over bath, sloping ceiling with beams).
Sleeps maximum of 9, including babies; best for maximum of 6 adults. An excellent family house, just across from the beach.

"Our stay was quite simply perfect. The location was breathtaking. The beach house was spacious, comfortable and unique. It was a wonderful family holiday. We all have fabulous memories of Cornwall throughout the years but this holiday was particularly special. We all adored the sunsets and the peace. Our teenage sons loved the surf. We also recommend Sunset Surf next door which added to our enjoyment especially for our sons. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. We cannot wait to return."

"We had a walk up to Godrevy lighthouse one evening and walked around the headland. The resident seal colony were a delight to see as they are fully sheltered and safe, there must have been at least two hundred seals all of mixed ages. What a sight to see. Can't wait to return "
