Two steps up to large fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, larder fridge, electric cooker) with tiled floor and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and garden. Twin bedroom (zip-linkable to 6’ double). Shower-room (wet-room suite). Two steps down to living room with wooden floor and large granite inglenook (woodburner) and TV/DVD. Open tread pine stairs up to first floor and a double bedroom with en suite shower-room (suite) and three windows all looking out to sea and across countryside. A delightful and welcoming cottage, just a few yards from the Coast Path and with fantastic walking from the front door.

"This is a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. It has been stylishly renovated, including unique art work, a large fireplace with wood burner for cosy evenings, comfortable beds, a secure garden for dogs and garden loungers for sunny days. The coast path is on the door step with walks to praa sands or porthleven. Rinsey cove beach is beautiful, the path is a little steep but worth the effort!"

We were pleased to find the garden was dog proof, at least as far as our dog was concerned.
