In a secluded position, surrounded by beautiful countryside, and on the edge of the creek is Granny's Well. A charming house and the perfect place from which to explore all the many beaches and coves, fishing villages, bigger towns such as Fowey with all its individual shops and galleries or even just mess around on the water. Boats to hire, ferries to take, cosy pubs to eat and drink in and walks to enjoy. Your choice!

The creek side location on the river Fowey gives direct water access at most stages of the tide, great for exploring this pretty river by boat. Loads of quiet walks all with fantastic views on the doorstep.

This is the most perfect holiday location if you are planning to make use of the direct access to the river from the front of the property by bringing along your own boat, dinghy or kayak. You have miles of waterways to explore up river or down to the open sea. The property is in a very secluded and cozy location away from the busy village. The house is large and spacious with lots of windows and doors and in very good condition. Two beautiful bathrooms and an additional toilet. you can relax in the large stunningly landscaped gardens all around the property. I'm looking forward to my next visit there!

The garden is great and bedroom views lovely, house is comfortable (if a bit tired). However, its remoteness and the difficulty of access should be made clear by Cornish Horizons. After half a mile of quite narrow single track you reach the steep last part of track (about a third of a mile) which accesses this property and one other. It is so narrow and overgrown that vegetation brushes the sides of the car all the way. If you want a hideaway it could be for you, but if you want to get out and about you should consider the access issue. Also, though the very pleasant owners were there at start of hol to answer questions, there was no information booklet at the house.
