… at the top of Boscastle, 500 yards from one of the three excellent pubs, a totally transformed 1960s detached bungalow quietly tucked into a little no through lane. Lots of work and thought have created a neat, convenient home with enclosed back garden (decking, summer house, table/chairs, barbecue) and plenty of parking. The picture-postcard harbour is about 600 yards downhill; the stunning Coast Path with spectacular walks for the fit to Tintagel (5 miles) or Crackington Haven (6 miles) is even closer.
From front garden, 3 steps up to front door; hall (space for coats/boots); living room with woodburner, TV/DVD and big sliding glazed doors to decking; kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer). Two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), and a twin; shower-room (suite with splendid roomy shower). Arrival after 4pm. Meals available, by arrangement. A brilliant place for walkers.

"We had an excellent stay, a most welcome return to Boscastle and Cornwall after 20+ years. "Potters" was easily the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could possibly need and the property was spotlessly clean and cosy. We had good weather for September so enjoyed sitting outside as well as walks straight from the cottage along the coastal path. We left much refreshed - thank you!"
