About this property

… in the heart of Boscastle on a bustling little residential lane, Jordan House is a stylish semi-detached family home on three levels with courtyard garden (table/chairs, not enclosed, neighbour has access across) and close to the village.

Three steps up to front door into hall; fitted Shaker-style kitchen/dining room (microwave, dishwasher, range-style cooker, iPod dock) with big pine table/chairs and slate floor. Small, cosy living room with big sofas, open fire, TV/DVD and colourful prints of Cornish scenes. Stairs down to shower-room (suite) and utility room (washing machine, sink). From the hall, steep stairs up to two bedrooms – a double, and a twin, both with views over the courtyard. Bathroom (suite with roll-top bath plus hand-shower).
