Located on the grounds of the owner's home, this charming link detached retreat is in the picturesque village of Constantine. The Chalet offers delightful accommodation and a courtyard garden with hot tub, ideal for a couple wanting to explore Falmouth and the stunning Lizard Heritage Coast. French doors open up into an open-plan living space, with reclining sofa to curl up on in front of the wall-mounted TV. Enjoy a romantic dinner at the dining table, prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, which has an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a ground-floor shower room, where you can prepare for each day, while up the oak staircase with glass balustrade is the mezzanine-style bedroom, a a kingsize bed plus a single bed, (extra guest costs apply for additional guest) with dual aspect windows showcasing lovely countryside views, while the sloping ceilings do mean there is restricted head height in places. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed front patio with hot tub and furniture, where you can sit out with a morning coffee and enjoy the sunshine. The picturesque village of Constantine is a short walk away, set amongst rolling meadows and wooded valleys leading down to the beautiful Helford River, and you'll find a selection of shops, a pub and a lovely church. Close by is the popular Trebah Garden, a stunning sub-tropical garden with a private beach, while a choice of other sandy beaches can be found nearby, including Helford Passage, Durgan and Grebe. The coastal town of Falmouth on the Fal Estuary has a picturesque natural harbour, beaches at Swanpool and Gyllyngvase, and attractions such as the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and the striking, hill top Pendennis Castle. Head south to explore the Lizard Peninsula, the most southerly point in the UK, where you can enjoy scenic coastal walks encompassing glorious beaches, dramatic rocky coastline and quaint fishing villages; you may even spot dolphins during the summer months. Constantine is a picturesque village offering shops, a pub and a lovely church, set among green rolling meadows and wooded valleys leading down to the Helford River. Famous for its mild climate, this quieter part of Cornwall features the outstanding gardens of Trebah, Penjerrick, Glendurgan and Carwinion. Falmouth, with its narrow streets, natural harbour and National Maritime Museum, is just 20 minutes by car, while Flambards theme park and Argal Lake make great days out. The nearby Lizard Peninsula, with its outstanding beaches and quaint fishing villages dotting the rocky coastline, has great walks amidst outstanding scenery.
