You would never guess that this peaceful, modern, well equipped apartment with beautiful harbour views was situated a minutes walking distance to the hustle and bustle of vibrant Falmouth Town Centre and waterfront. You can enjoy sea views over the Fal Estuary across to Flushing and St Mawes from the lounge, your own private balcony and the master bedroom and really soak up the fresh sea air. Although you can easily walk to everything in the town, it does have its own parking space to enable you to whizz off and explore this region of Cornwall and it makes the ideal base for couples, friends and families to have a wonderful holiday.

garden & parking: Parking for 1 car, no garden but there is a balcony with patio furniture and lovely views over the water.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, high chair; other items can be hired - see hire page.

We were absolutely delighted with the apartment - comfortable, warm, well-appointed. Its location and its views in all directions were outstanding. Everything was within walking distance - we didn't use the car once during our stay.
