About this property

Riverside is a contemporary apartment situated over the Ferryboat Inn with sweeping views of the river from the sunny terrace. Here you can relax, watch the activity on the water, dine alfresco or enjoy a sundowner.  There’s a comfortable light and airy lounge diner with a contemporary well_equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, making this great for visiting couples or smaller families all year round.

Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path.  There’s plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or there’s the heated outdoor swimming pool (open May 1st until the end of September). The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Maurier’s Frenchman’s Creek.  Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to the Historic Falmouth, rugged Land’s End or the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

Please note: there is a small wall and then railings on the balcony edge, therefore we don't recommend this property for anyone with toddlers unless they are under strict adult supervision at all times.

Kitchen off living room equipped with ceramic hob, integrated oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6 double bed and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 with 3ft single beds. Shower room with shower and WC.

Outside

Private terrace overlooking the river with table and chairs, and parasol.

Parking

Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, at a charge of £2 per day.
