The apartment is brand new and offers open plan living, making the most of the gorgeous views across to Falmouth and the estuary. Open up the patio doors on a sunny day with your favourite glass of wine and watch the boats sail by in the distance.

Penryn is one of the oldest market towns in Cornwall and has established a thriving arts community over recent years. Cafes, bars and shops can all be found on the high street which is within easy walking distance from the apartment, as well as the train station which takes you into Falmouth in just a few minutes. This popular harbour town is renowned for its shopping, restaurants and of course the sailing boats. Whether you want to sail the seas or keep your feet on more solid ground, there is plenty to see in this popular area of Cornwall.

There is no outside space with this property. Free on street parking is easily available, no private parking.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent, electric heaters. Heated towel rail in bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Baby Equipment: This apartment is not suitable for babies due to limited space for a cot in the bedrooms.
