Enter the property to discover a spacious kitchen/diner, with large dining table that can seat the whole group, as well as an island/breakfast bar in the kitchen offering additional seating and a well-equipped, modern kitchen with double oven and lots of storage and preparation space, with a handy adjoining pantry containing a fridge, freezer and a cloakroom. The comfortable sitting room has patio doors that open onto the garden, and offer the superb countryside views that you can enjoy from the comfort of one of the lather sofas, or simply enjoy a show or movie together on the Smart TV. There are two bedrooms on this floor - a double and a twin, served by the family bathroom, which offers a bath and separate shower, while upstairs are two almost identical king-size doubles with ample storage space and en-suite shower rooms where you can prepare for each day, one of the bedrooms even offers those spectacular Snowdonia views. Outside, there is ample parking on the gravel driveway, at the front and rear of the property. There is a large shed for bike or kayak storage and a large, lawned garden, part of which is enclosed with a gate, and the other section has seating, a hot tub and unobstructed views of the countryside towards Snowdonia, making a tranquil, luxurious way to end your evening. Just over a mile away is the coastal village of Rhosengir, home to a host of shops and restaurants, with its two green flag broad sandy beaches Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, it is a popular family get away surrounded by points of interest such as RAF Valley and you can see Holyhead Mountain from the clock at the centre of the village. From here, you can join the Anglesey Coastal Path, a 200km path of the island, encompassing 95% of its coastline. Head to Trearddur Bay for its award-winning sandy beach, while Holyhead, the largest town on Anglesey, is a few miles north and full of must-see attractions. Known for being the main ferry port to Ireland, the town is steeped in history, with visible remains of Roman town walls and forts, plus medieval burial chambers. Explore the Breakwater Country Park, a former quarry with a variety of wildlife, most notably seals that visit the coast, stroll along the picturesque marina and enjoy cliff top walks over Holyhead Mountain. Cross the Menai Bridge onto the mainland and you will discover the cathedral city of Bangor, as well as the magnificent Snowdonia National park, filled with walking trails through quaint villages, around lakes and challenging mountain hikes, including Wales' highest peak, Snowdon. Meadow View is a fantastic base from which to explore the Isle of Anglesey and the surrounding North Wales coast and countryside.

Bryn Du is a small village on the Isle of Anglesey, offering two convenience stores and a pretty lake to stroll around. The town of Holyhead is a few miles north, the largest town on Anglesey, and known for being the main ferry port to Ireland.
