8 Horizon View is a lovely three bedroom lodge set amongst the wonderful Cornish countryside. Located in the village of Dobwalls and set back from the hussle and bustle of everyday life, this is the perfect place to forget it all.
Inside, 8 Horizon View is furnished to the highest possible standard with solid wood furniture and quality fixtures and fittings. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area has huge French doors leading out to the terrace and is extremely bright throughout the day. This is an ideal space whether you’re looking to cook and enjoy a family meal, or put your feet up with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Outside, the lodge has a spacious decked terrace which is a great spot for eating outside in the fresh air. You even have your own private hot tub. Why not take a dip, take in the stunning natural surroundings and enjoy a true feeling of rest and relaxation.
Southern Halt may be a peaceful and secluded resort, but it is located three miles west of Liskeard and just twelve miles away from the historic fishing villages of Looe and Polperro, meaning there are plenty of places to visit should you wish to get out and explore.

...making it unusable, the heating the first night was unacceptable as although it worked it had not been tested properly as the system was full of air, the torch did not work. Apart from the heating minor things which if checked properly would have been picked up. Submitted by John on 30/11/2016
