The open plan living, kitchen and dining space opens out onto the lodge’s private decked terrace, and we can’t think of a better way to end a day than to step into your very own sunken hot tub and just forget the world for a while. With a table and chairs for those al fresco meals, the terrace makes just the spot to while away lazy evenings over a glass of wine or two.
The Southern Halt resort sits in one of Cornwall’s prettiest corners, and with views across Bodmin Moor, it’s a great base for those of you keen to explore the landscape made famous by the BBC’s Poldark. The historic market town of Liskeard’s just three miles away, and you’ll find dozens of heritage and mining trails to wander if you’re keen to explore Cornwall on foot. And just think, that hot tub will be waiting for you when you return to your lodge…

...key codes when we arrived and was unable to get hold of southern hault reception so made a phone call to blue chip and the service was fantastic. All people i have had communication with from blue chip have been extremely helpful. Property was clean and fabulous standard. It was a lovely surprise to be greeted with a bottle of wine.
