Southern Halt sits on a quiet hilltop just three miles from historic Liskeard. With Bodmin Moor with easy reach, there’s plenty of opportunity to explore the landscape made famous by the BBC’s Poldark. The harbour towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey are just a short drive away too, so you’ll be able to experience some of Cornwall’s coastal resorts during your stay.

...and tidy and had everything we could have needed and more - the milk and bottle of wine in the fridge were great to find on our first night! So thank you very much! The lodge was a really great place to base ourselves for our holiday to Cornwall, with some lovely things to do all within an hours drive - the Eden Project, Lanhydrock, Mevagissey and Padstow were all highlights, and we even travelled as far as St Michael’s Mount and Lizard Point.
