Hidden away within a countryside setting this farmhouse is just three miles from Perranporth set in the peaceful hamlet of Treamble. As you enter you can see that interiors are uber smart, comfortable and suffused in natural light. The farmhouse kitchen dining room is the societal hub, all cosy with a stove for cooking produce from the local farm shop. Gather beside the glow of the wood burner in the sitting room. Withdraw to restful bedrooms and be sure of a good nights' sleep with no traffic noise and seriously comfy beds. There is an en-suite shower room plus a bathroom with a deep bath tub for post-ramble soaks. Recline in peace on the deck in the sheltered and private sun-trap garden complete with a small pond (children must be supervised). There is also a lawn garden at the rear which children will love. The large area of sandy beach and South West Coast Path at Perranporth is a 10 minute drive. A focus for surfers, swimmers and sunbathers, the beach operates a life-guard service during the summer months and pets are permitted year round! For a wider choice of beaches head to St Agnes, St Ives, Newquay and Watergate Bay and, for children, there is The Blue Reef Aquarium, Dairy Land Farm World, Newquay Zoo, Springfields Park and Pony Centre and Crealy Adventure Park all within easy driving reach. Perfectly located to discover Cornwalls North coast, Little Hendra is an ideal home for a holiday at any time of year.

Goonhavern is a small Cornish village in an excellent position just two and a half miles inland from Perranporth, which lies in the heart of Poldark country. Goonhavern is an active community with a traditional inn, village shop, garden centre and children’s playground.
