Our lodge wasn't secure enough on the inside at the front door as the internal lock didn't work adequately enough considering there were young children. Also, the stairs inside the lodge had no safe guards in place for younger children who may have been accessing the upper bedrooms. Steep steps and no safety gates.Otherwise, a lovely lodge znd place to stay.

We ate in the restaurant twice and could not fault the food we had burger one night and fish and chips absolutely fantastic
