About this property

Seascape is a four bedroom detached house ideally designed for family holiday living. It is spacious and light with living taking place on three floors. It is an ideal house for families and makes for easy, safe, fun living with the added bonus of a fully enclosed garden, complete with a tree house. Children are bound to have fun here and with the added bonus of an outside relaxing area, the adults will have their own space to kick back and relax! If that wasn't enough, there is also a hot outside shower in the area to the side of the property, ideal for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Bicycles and surf boards can be stored here too. Inside the property you'll find a light and spacious first floor open plan living room, with ample seating for guests, that features wooden floor throughout a wall-mounted log burner and a Juliet balcony with table and chairs. Just off the living room is a playroom filled with games and books that is perfect for the younger family members. A beautiful, fully fitted and very well equipped modern high gloss kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy family meals together. Due to its central location, Seascape will appeal to those who like to be within close walking distance of Crantock villages facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwalls sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is about a 5 minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. This is a beautiful contemporary cottage ideal for family holidays in Crantock.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.

It’s such a lovely home, and you can’t be in a better position for the beach at Crantock and Fistral etc is on your door step. Highly recommend the Jam Jar as well over the road, best pizzas around by far!
