This charming cottage is located in the little hamlet of Trevia, just a stone's throw away from the market town of Camelford in Cornwall. With a cosy, romantic feel throughout, this cottage offers a wonderful getaway for a couple looking to tour the area. Entrance is gained via patio doors into a galley-style kitchen with slate flooring and exposed stone walls. It is well-equipped with an array of units and an electric range cooker sitting between sleek wooden worktops. Leading from the kitchen is the sitting room warmed by a woodburning stove and elevated with a beamed ceiling. It welcomes you to share a lovely evening together over a bottle of wine, or to enjoy a quiet read of an afternoon. The stairs from here climb up to the large mezzanine bedroom, with its stripped pine floorboards and vaulted ceiling. It offers a king-size bed resting under the eaves, which promises a restful night for weary visitors. There is plenty of storage for you to make use of and next door is a cloakroom for convenience. The bathroom however, is located on the ground floor, in the hallway off the lounge. Outside, the stunning garden thrives with shrubs and a selection of plants, adding life to the space. There is a lovely summer house with underfloor heating, ideal for storing surf boards or bikes and there is also a barbecue and fire pit for you to use at your own leisure. Camelford is an ideal destination for exploring many parts of Cornwall. Brown Willy and Roughtor are the highest points in Cornwall and on a clear day, the view is spectacular from here. The Camel Trail, Eden Project and many golden beaches are just a short car journey away. You must pay a visit to the fishing village of Port Issac, renowned for its appearance in TV's Doc Martin, and further afield you have Padstow with its harbour, pasty shops and traditional pubs. A superb bolthole for a beautiful escape to Cornwall.

Camelford is located close to Cornwall's north coast and is ideally situated for exploring Bodmin Moor. The southwest coastal path is a year round attraction and the surrounding villages and hamlets harbour a wealth of country inns and restaurants. The nearest beach to Camelford is Trebarwith Strand which offers both surf for the more adventurous and safe rock pools for the younger members. Also nearby is Wadebridge, the Camel Trail, Padstow, Port Isaac, and Tintagel - all worth a visit!
