The majority of guests found Miner's Rest to be spotless and cleaned to a high standard. However, one review mentioned finding it not cleaned to their expectations, which slightly impacts the overall cleanliness score.

The location is frequently described as perfect for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to beaches and local attractions. The proximity to amenities and lovely local walks are appreciated, although limited parking and busy roads during peak season were minor concerns.

Reviews consistently commend the well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, and overall excellent facilities. The property is well-maintained with a few guests suggesting minor improvements, but these do not detract significantly from the high standard of facilities provided.

The thoughtfulness of the host is evident, with several mentions of a welcome cream tea and other small touches that made stays more enjoyable. While these gifts are highly appreciated, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed for every stay.

The dogs loved the heated floor and we loved the coffee machine! The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. We did find cleaning the bath out after a little difficult with no shower attachment so maybe this could be looked into. We would all 100% recommend the miners rest and would definitely come back in the future.

Really well designed and with all the mod coms. I was personally impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was with utensils, pots and pans so that I could actually cook in there. Great property!

We will definitely go back. The parking was a bit tricky but having Morrisons opposite saved me so much time with shopping!
