Positioned just 3 miles inland from the pretty riverside village of Calstock in the glorious Tamar Valley, this reverse-level accommodation offers the ideal break for families and friends. Set over two floors, this modern abode takes advantage of the views from the bright and airy open-plan living room on the first floor, which can further be enjoyed from the balcony. The dual aspect windows allow lots of natural light into the space and soft furnishings, together with TV, DVD player and a selection of books and games ensure you can enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. Home-cooked meals can be prepared in the modern kitchen and there is a dining table for you to get together and catch up over a delicious feast. There are four bedrooms for you to retire to at the end of the evening; 1 double, 1 twin/double zip/link and two twins, followed by the sleek family bathroom and shower room. Within a short walk from the cottage are the resort's leisure facilities, for which passes are provided by the owner, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as a gym and tennis courts. For the young ones a playground is set right opposite and overlooked by the cottage, making the location perfect for families. With all the on-site activities and walking and cycling trails right from the door, there will always be so much to do here. The many nearby villages are well worth visiting such as Calstock home to the notable viaduct, as is the beautiful National Trust house Cotehele. A relaxing holiday home in a good touring location with excellent facilities.

Calstock is a village in Cornwall, close to the Devon border, dominated by the Calstock Viaduct, a giant 11-arched structure that still carries the railway line above the River Tamar. It is a quiet village with an arts centre attracting musicians and artists from around Cornwall. A mile downstream brings you to National Trust's Cotehele.
