Valley Lodge 65 is a modern holiday home in Tamar Valley Resort, a development of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages in Callington. The lodge-style accommodation with a hot tub is well placed for guests looking to explore both Cornwall and Devon and has some fantastic local attractions nearby. This detached holiday home is located in a beautiful setting with lovely countryside views and the added bonus of a private hot tub! Perfect for a get together, the open plan sitting room is light and airy and offers plenty of space for everyone. This opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy alfresco dining and an evening tipple. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and if you don't fancy cooking, there is a good pub/restaurant on-site within a 3 minute walk. Located away from the roads and traffic noise, guests will enjoy a good night's' sleep in the ground floor bedrooms. The restful master bedroom with king size bed is neutral in decor and has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite large shower room and direct access to a patio which has a super private hot tub! The twin bedroom in shades of blue offers flexibility and also has an en-suite shower room. Just a short walk from the on-site leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, bar/restaurant, shop and reception. During the school holidays there is a busy programme of entertainment including quiz nights and karaoke plus sporting activities (seasonal, subject to availability, extra charges apply) including archery, rock climbing, canoeing and abseiling. Within a short drive is Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar or further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible is the magical Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Valley Lodge 65 is a real home from home and perfect for families and friends.

Callington is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
