Loved the reverse level and views from the upstairs living room. Query on arrival dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good location for the Tamar Valley. Bedrooms were comfortable.

The property provides all the facilities needed for a family holiday. There are, however a number of maintenance issues that could do with being resolved. These issues do not really result in a bad experience, more an inconvenience. I.e. extractor fan in the walk-in shower room doesn't work, the lock on shower room door not working, ceiling light in 2nd bedroom not working due to a faulty pull switch, sliding patio door lock not working, half of the 4 slice toaster not working. These are not deal breakers but could do with being addressed. I would still be happy to revisit in the future.

Loved the outlook, really peaceful and relaxing. Just a small point, the left hand side of the toaster was not working. Thank you to the owners. Phil Richardson
