Pendennis Castle and St Mawes Castle sit proud on the headland overseeing the important Fal estuary. Both castles (managed by English Heritage) were built by Henry viii and are open daily to the public.

Very nice location, spacious property easily accommodating 6 adults. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Loved the outside veranda space overlooking the Brook. Short taxi ride into Falmouth and good base for travelling further afield. Also big thank you to the owners who discovered we had left a phone charger and posted it back to us!
