Definitely hadn’t been cleaned enough to coincide with what we’d expect with COVID guidelines. Still found contact lenses in the bedroom from previous guests and the sofas were grubby and needed a deep cleanAlso needs a little love with the bathroom towel rail

Excellent location and facilities, especially for the kids - pool, soft play and pirate ship all great. Nice big caravan (Boscastle Sea View 3) with amazing views, could've been a little cleaner to be honest. Wasn't too impressed with the bistro food although only ate there once. Would've liked a few more Go Active activities for my boy (3 year old) but he did the Pirates Paradise and really enjoyed. Nice pool, not overcrowded. Would highly recommend.
