At the front, with the best sea views, living/dining room (TV/DVD, ‘living flame’ electric fire) and a double bedroom (5’ bed). Smart kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer) with breakfast table for 2; washer-drier in hall cupboard. Twin bedroom (3’ and 2’6” beds, zip-linkable to 5’6” double). Newly fitted shower-room (suite). The playing field and grass tennis court, about 350 yards; steep and, in places, rough footpath to the sandy beach. The captivating and ever-changing panoramic views make this a great coastal location at any time of year.
