...back however was disappointed to see a fair amount of damp in ensuite and Main bedroom black of skirting boards and damp looking stained walls overall though love stone rush and wouldn't hesitate to go back ! Submitted by vivienne on 03/10/2016

...was all very straightforward & we had no problems at all. The emails & texts I received at different stages is a good idea. On arrival a lovely lady greeted us with all information we needed & the lodge was every bit as beautiful as it showed on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to use Blue Chip again. ...the 2015 new years period. 5 days of complete escapism from the real world and indulge in relaxation and rest. What made this break different from all others is the hot tub which we used each morning, afternoon and evening - in fact whenever we had opportunity to which, thankfully, was often. The hot tubs are maintained on a daily basis so always in pefect condition for frequent use. The property was very well spec'd out with whirlpool kitchen applicances and the kitchen itself very well laid out and plesurable to use and prepare meals. I hestitate to be critical but will, kitchen knifes were very poor and we had to ask for additional dishwasher tablets, table clothes and condiments were not supplied but these are my only real negatives from what was otherwise a floorless stay. Not much to do in the area, in fact nothing other then a few walks but thats what we wanted and it provides the pefect excuse to relax, unwind and rest. Master bedroom beautiful cosy and all furniture is of real wood which real sets the tone for the comfortable and well lite interior. Large 42inch TV provided which was useful for watching the odd film. I really thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be revisiting if not to this location then to another one offered by Bluechip. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and were then when needed and invisible when not. No one bothers you unless you ask for assistants. The old mil restaurnat offers excellent food, well presented and thought out. I highly recommend this location and can now personally vouch for the service provided by bluechip.
