About this property

A bright and spacious lodge with a private hot tub overlooking the lakeA bright and spacious lodge with a private hot tub overlooking the lake

6 Watersedge is a light and airy lodge overlooking a scenic lake at the Stonerush Lakes lodge park. With high quality interiors and secluded surroundings, this truly is a great place to get away from it all.

The lodge is beautiful both inside and out. With a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area, you will find everything needed to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal, put your feet up with a good book and even spend those colder winter evenings keeping warm by the log burner. Both the living area and the contemporary bedroom have grand ceiling to floor windows and you can step directly out onto your own decked terrace.

Outside, the terrace has a stunning, uninterrupted view of the lake. Furnished with a table and chairs, this is the perfect spot to share a family meal, relax with a glass of wine or even just enjoy relaxing in the sunshine. If all this isn’t enough to make you feel wonderfully rejuvenated, the lodge even comes with its own private hot tub, also perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful scenery.

Stonerush Lakes lodge park is set in a secluded Cornish valley and is filled with stunning unspoilt nature and local wildlife.

Due to the rural valley location of the property the WiFi connection can be intermittent at times.

...the new year period in a Lodge in Stone Rush Lakes Cornwall. The lodge was of exceptional high standard with everything you could possibly ask for. On arrival we were greeted with wine, chocolates, biscuits and a cake to help us celebrate the new year. The lodge also had a Christmas tree decorated with lights and a lovely wood burning fire to top it off. The setting of the lodge on the lake with a wonderful decked area over the lake was outstanding and truly peaceful. There was a lovely Barn on the site that served excellent food and a bar with a very cosy open fire. Staff were amazing, very helpful and cheerful, nothing was too much. We spent New Years Eve in Looe and what a fabulous time with everyone in fancy dress and one of the best fireworks display. My husband and our 13 year old twins loved the place. We have had two holidays here, this one and just over two years ago and I certainly would return. The McClymont family Submitted by Alison on 07/01/2016

...lodges at Stonerush Lakes looked luxurious complete with hot tubs. On arrival at the site the receptionist offered a warm welcome and whilst our lodge wasn't ready we enjoyed a drink at the beautiful Old Mill. The lodge itself had every mod con and we hired 6 Watersedge which was just perfect with the decking overhanging the fishing lake. It was lovely to lie in bed with the doors open not being overlooked. The park itself is very quiet so if your looking for peace and quiet and no phone signal this is perfect (there is free wi-fi). The site is just 6 miles from Looe and Polperro and there is a car ferry across to Fowey. We will definitely go again!!!! Submitted by Jennifer on 11/10/2015
