Charnwood sits less than 100 yards from the water’s edge, and it’s a beautiful south facing property overlooking a golden sandy beach and coastline.
 

The open plan living area at Charnwood, has a fantastic light and spacious feel to it thanks to the large patio doors which open up to the front garden.  On those warm summer mornings slide open the patio doors and relax with a cup of coffee while you breathe in the fresh sea air and admire the sea views.  

But if you feel like closing the door and curling up then the living room has a TV and DVD player for family movie nights snuggled up on the large sofas.  All four of the bedrooms, with their subtle decadence welcome you to the land of dreams in warmth and comfort.  

Step outside and discover the large garden just waiting for you to start up a barbeque while the kids run and play on the lawn, and better yet the beach is literally just a skip and a stroll away. The beach stretches from Poole Bay and Old Harry Rocks looking out to the Isle of Wight.

With Hengistbury Head nearby there is a great assortment of routes for walking and bike rides while recreational facilities such as theatre, cinema and nightlife can be found in nearby Bournemouth which is a ten minute drive away, and Christchurch which is just five minutes. There are also several superb golf courses (including Parkstone and Ferndown) within a twenty minute drive of the house, making it an excellent venue for golf breaks.
