Nearby Bournemouth offers seven miles of Blue Flag beaches and all kinds of watersports. There is also a vast array of restaurants, clubs, bars and cinemas, as well as shows and world-class events at both The Bournemouth International Centre and The Pavilion Theatre.

Apart from that everywhere was spotless, we had all the facilities we needed and the flat was comfortable. Location was perfect for the beach, cafe and public transport.

It was 5 minutes walk from a pleasant beach and esplanade with a bistro cafe, serving breakfasts, lunches and teas. It was 2 minutes to a Co-op mini store and bus stop to either Bournemouth (20 minutes) or Christchurch (15 minutes). The New Forest was a 30 minute car drive away as was Lymington, where we took a ferry to the Isle of Wight for a day. The owner was very helpfull and met us at the apartment within a couple of minutes of us arriving. All in all a great holiday experience.
