About this property

Begin your discovery of the exciting city of Bath, right from the centre of Bath in the fantastically styled, four levelled Georgian Townhouse, aptly named, Georgian Townhouse.

This wonderful home is laid across four floors and has four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests, so great for families and friendship groups alike. One twin bedroom will be found on the ground floor with the remaining bedrooms on the first and second floors. Each bedroom has been finished to a very high standard and features an antique style iron bed complete with an extremely cosy Eve mattress. Some of the bedrooms even boast the original wooden flooring and fireplaces, creating a wonderfully rustic atmosphere.

The same rustic theme continues throughout the house, with wooden floors tying together each room, accentuated only by varying neutral shades and a variety of traditional heritage accessories including patterned rugs and curtains for an extra luxe feel.

Downstairs is home to a unique dining area which extends into the conservatory and onto the cosy garden area. This can seat up to 10 guests (at a squeeze!) but does provide diners with uplifting natural light, or views of the sky or stars, depending on when one calls for dinner! With many dining options available just mere moments from the front door however, guests would be forgiven for forgoing this area!

Beyond this, the Georgian Townhouse also has two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a grand, free standing bath. There is also a kitchen which is detailed and equipped with everything one could require whipping up a truly decadent feast!

Should guests tire of these four walls, there are a whole host of activities available nearby from spas and museums to eateries and bars.

Bath is a city in the South-Western county of Somerset, it borders another hugely bustling area of Bristol and is the largest city in Somerset.

Bath is mostly famed for its natural hot springs and 18th century architecture which both make this city a very unique place to visit. The baths themselves inspired a spa culture in this city which has been prevalent for over 2,000 years! This history puts Bath at the top of the list as the place to visit for a relaxing spa getaway. The spa’s in Bath vary and could see guests soaking in an open-air rooftop pool, indulging in dry floatation, or sampling a variety of treatments on a spa day, leaving guests recharged and rejuvenated ready to discover more of the city’s delights.

Beyond the spa’s, Bath is a truly mesmerising city to discover. With ornate architecture and Georgian influence preserved throughout the centre, guests will find themselves immersed in a rich and exciting history. Landmarks such as the Pulteney Bridge, Royal Crescent, Circus and Great Pulteney Street are truly intricate sights to behold and are definitely worth a visit.

Meandering through these quaint, historical streets will eventually lead guests to a bustling shopping destination. Visit the Artisan Quarter, SouthGate or Green Park Station for some unique, artsy finds. There are plenty of high street shopping options available and guests may find themselves spoilt for choice.

Of course, there are many other things to do around Bath, from canal boat rides and cycling to museums, Bath racecourse and even visit Britain’s first ever pub! There are a variety of events hosted here throughout the year catering for all tastes including music, food and many more!

Whether you are considering a romantic Valentines getaway or an immersive family holiday, Bath has it all.
