This traditional finca is set in the beautiful countryside of Benissa and offers fabulous views of the surrounding vineyards.
The ground floor is divided into several sections. The kitchen is a large room complete with a breakfast table seating up to six. It is fully equipped with all the latest mod cons and everything you’ll need to dine throughout your stay! Alongside the kitchen is a vast dining area. A beautiful array of pine furniture completes this room, and indeed the entire villa, providing a perfectly traditional ambience. In the living room, in front of an ornate fireplace and fabulous TV, there are four fabulous sofas in which you can sit back, relax and enjoy a calm evening. A second fireplace is present in the kitchen to keep you warm and content throughout your stay. A large conservatory area provides a perfect chill out zone, with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole party and floods of light and warmth entering through the large windows and patio doors.
Two of the five bedrooms can be found on this ground floor, one double room and one twin, alongside a full bathroom. An internal flight of stairs leads us to the remaining rooms, a second double bedroom and two more twin rooms. All five rooms are furnished with beautiful pine fittings and frames, complementing the delightful wooden beams running overhead. Each contains a fan to keep you cool on the warmer days. There is a full bathroom on each floor and a guest WC on the ground-floor.
And finally, the garden of this fabulous finca is as spacious and quaint as the rest of the property, with a huge pool surrounded by sun loungers, a great covered barbeque area and an expansive terrace! There is even a table tennis table to ensure endless hours of on-site entertainment! There’s also a large dining area in the conservatory to give mealtimes an alfresco feel, but with a little more shelter.
At just 2km from the centre of Benissa, this villa enjoys both a rural environment and the great facilities of a central location, making it the perfect spot for those who like the best of both worlds!
Nestled between Xàbia and Calpe on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Benissa is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca! It enjoys a very well preserved medieval town centre with many churches, narrow and cobbled streets and market squares. Thoroughly enchanting in itself, the municipality of Benissa stretches all the way to the coast, and being slightly elevated in the mountains, the town offers some of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean!
Just a stone’s throw away, enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, the coastal town of Moraira provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and a weekly market where you can find all kinds of local produce including food, gifts, linen, leather and ceramic goods and so much more! Once a small fishing village, this peaceful town has grown steadily into a holiday-maker’s paradise, with a beautiful marina and an exotic array of bars and restaurants allowing you to try the local cuisine (it’s more than just paella!), explore historic landmarks and indulge in a sangria or two in the evening.
Famous beaches, such as the Playa de L'ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December! So whether you fancy taking an evening stroll through palm-tree promenades or practising your Flamenco at a lively fiesta, expect to find all your needs met here!
Fairly equally placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, accessing the area is incredibly easy.
