It is conveniently located only 5km from Pollensa City and only 12km from the lovely Puerto Pollensa sandy beach.
Throughout the single-story property, it is well designed for a comfortable stay, with a truly spectacular, light and airy living room, with doors opening on all sides to the grounds. The roof canopy of vines and plants gives a fairytale atmosphere to your stay. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your use, or else the outdoor barbecue might be more to your taste for al-fresco dining. Villa Cassandra sleeps four people comfortably, with good sized bedrooms. It would be perfect for small families or couples to enjoy quality time together.
The idyllic swimming pool is dappled in light from the surrounding trees, with a wonderful veranda to the front of the house. With plenty of room to spread out and various shady corners available for those in search of some peace and tranquility, we are sure Villa Cassandra will deliver on all fronts.

Villa Cassandra is in a perfect location for both privacy whilst also only being a fifteen-minute drive from all the amenities Pollensa has to offer, including a golf course and several restaurants.
The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.
