A little time indoors can be spent in the opulent lounge, complete with a satellite TV, stereo system and dazzling dining area with a delightful fireplace, while there’s a pool table in a second lounge for arousing the competitive spirit in you. Floor to ceiling windows surrounds each room to provide fabulous views and endless natural light!
There are seven outstanding bedrooms, optimised for your comfort and pleasure. The master suite is found on the upper level, with vaulted ceilings and a deluxe ensuite bathroom featuring a waterfall shower and a bathtub. Alongside this room is a second double bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom and with direct access to a fabulous private terrace with mountain views.
There is a second terrace on this level with a jacuzzi from which you can admire the breath-taking views over Las Brisas golf course, the ‘La Concha’ mountain and even the sea! The final five bedrooms are all located on the lower floor, with deluxe facilities and mesmerising views. Three of these rooms have ensuite bathrooms while there is a family bathroom between the other two.
Your spectacular garden will fulfil desires you didn’t even know you had! The enormous heated swimming pool amid the wondrous decking is the perfect place to centre your holiday around, at the very heart of the home. And then, of course, there is the fabulous Jacuzzi right on the roof-terrace – for that little extra bit of warmth and relaxation in the massaging waves.
A barbeque beside the alfresco dining area offers an unbeatable spot for a bit of snack or a full-blown feast! There’s absolutely tons of parking so you and all your guests will be well looked after.
All of this splendour is within walking distance of tons of high-end bars and restaurants, while the beaches, vibrant nightlife and exciting retail therapy of Puerto Banus just a few minutes’ drives away, making this the ideal home for beach lovers, golfers and those that like something a little extra special!
The sublime natural landscape that envelopes you as you lounge by the pool or gazes out of the vast windows creates the impression that you’re utterly detached from the real world. Villa Otero has located just a short drive from Puerto Banus, brimming with luxury brand boutiques, markets, restaurants, clubs and bars and of course a beautiful harbour.
Meanwhile, nearby Marbella is a little bigger and busier, with a traditional and beautiful old town, and holds many Michelin starred restaurants and world-renowned beaches where one can soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail at a beachfront bar! It has a vibrant history, visible in the many ruins throughout the winding cobbled streets of its Old Town.
Malaga, the largest city on the Costa del Sol, is also nearby, and is historically and culturally incredibly rich, putting even more activities and amenities at your fingertips. As the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the city is, of course, brimming with museums and art galleries, set among a beautiful cityscape of castles, cathedrals and theatres.
The Costa del Sol itself is mostly peaceful and quiet, as although there is a large amount of tourism, mainly for the fantastic beaches and warm climate (the average water temperature year-round is 18°C!), visitors tend to stick to the highly developed and bustling south-western part, leaving the stunning mountains inland largely untouched and peaceful year-round.
The region of Andalucía is culturally diverse and has a perfectly varied landscape, where picturesque beaches, ancient cities and deserts meet the incredible Sierra Nevada mountain range, which includes both the most southerly ski resort in Europe and the highest point of continental Europe!
