Villa Constanza is a gorgeous, newly renovated 4 bedroom villa, just a short walk from Puerto Banus and the beach. The villa is situated nearby various golf courses, making it a golf lovers paradise, whilst also being the perfect base for an ideal family holiday.
The property is spread over two floors, with a light and airy, modern living/dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen for your use on the ground floor. The contemporary kitchen opens out fully onto the terrace, with folding glass doors along two walls, this is an ideal inside/outside space perfect for socialising and making the most of the warm Spanish climate.
There is plenty of outdoor seating for those evenings that you would like to dine al-fresco, under the stars. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, the first floor features a master ensuite bedroom. There is also an extra room which can be used as an office with access to a south facing terrace which offers sun all day!
The outdoor space is where this villa really shines, with a good sized private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm Spanish days. There is a barbecue and even outdoor sofas ideal for entertaining or an aperitif or two!
If you can resist the temptation to spend all your time relaxing in the villa and by the pool, there are restaurants within walking distance, so you can practise your Spanish speaking, try some Spanish tapas plates and drink some local wine! Villa Constanza offers the opportunity to watch the remarkable sunsets, lounge by the pool, visit the myriad of golf courses in the area, spend a day sunbathing on the beach or take part in the many other activities this area offers, there is truly something for everyone.

Puerto Banus’ promenade has everything that is the most trendy and luxurious in the world of fashion. There are many terraces, bars, and restaurants, filled with jet-setters who can dance till dawn.
For sporty types, there is unsurprisingly golf on the famous course at the gates of Marbella, walks, and sea fishing.
Marbella is equally the ideal starting point for excursions to Malaga and the famous “Pueblos Blancos” white villages, reflecting the rich Andalusian culture.
