Villa Encina has a contemporary interior, offering you a luxurious location for your holiday or celebration! There open plan living, dining and kitchen area is lined with floor to ceiling glass walls, letting in plenty of natural light and additionally it grants breath-taking views of the mountains and the surrounding greenery. From here you can also see out onto the terrace where the private swimming pool is. The living area has a large comfortable sofa that looks out to the pool, giving you a spectacular place to gather and enjoy each other’s company if the temperature isn’t as warm.
The kitchen is an efficient and modern design, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including stainless steel appliances that look beautiful paired with the white fittings and cabinets. This beautiful kitchen has a large formal dining table in front of it, and additionally the island has some bar stools so that you can enjoy the company of your friends and family while cooking. As this area is part of the open-plan floor, you also benefit from the glass walls that give beautiful views and plenty of natural light.
There are plenty of welcoming bedrooms, all of which are en-suite rooms, available in this villa. The rooms are all equipped similarly with built in storage and large glass windows that let in natural light. Additionally, the bedrooms are all en-suites with a mixture of bathtubs and shower combinations. There are two bedrooms in the sous-terrain and one of them has two double beds in it. From one of the rooms you can also exit through glass doors and make use of some gym equipment, perfect for those of you who do regularly make use of the gym!
