About this property

Casa Pinto is part of a neatly tucked away estate in Carvoeiro, Lagoa. In order to access the villa, you will first have to walk down a gated private drive, where off road parking can be found as well as a small terrace, which is shaded by an enormous sprouting palm tree.

The three-bedroom, single floor, villa is an ideal holiday home for an intimate group of friends or small family. Entering the villa, you will find an airy lounge leading onto an outdoor covered patio and swimming pool area. This is a great space to enjoy the meal you have just cooked on the barbecue, as the dining table is shielded with a modern canvas roof. The swimming pool is enclosed by a decorative white stone pillar wall that drops back onto delightfully maintained hedges. Make sure you and your guests enjoy the sun loungers that are scattered around the pool and soak up as many of the sun’s rays as possible.

As you re-enter the villa, you are lead immediately into a well-equipped kitchen that has a cute dining space that can comfortably accommodate six, immediately next to it. If you continue down the corridor from this room, you will find the master double en-suite bedroom. The additional two twin bedrooms are found further down the corridor and share a communal bathroom.

Carvoeiro is a town, within Lagoa of the Algarve. Nowadays, it is mostly visited for its stunning coastline that has several beaches. Praia Marinha is the most distinguished of these beaches and has been mentioned in Michelin Guide and holds several accolades to its name; for its jaw dropping features. Originally a fishing village and then a fort during the 17th Century, the compact town’s history is still intact and visible throughout its streets. The best example is the original lighthouse, which still stands tall and proud and can be seen for miles.

This is a fantastic destination for families who want a bit of everything from their holiday experience. Tourists visit Carvoeiro for its golf courses, tennis clubs, water sports, historical background, beaches, hiking trails and restaurant & bars. For those looking for the odd night out, Portimao is the closest town that has a busy nightlife.

Casa Pinto is a cute villa, where easy accessorily to the town of Carvoeiro is assured. The 3-bedrooms are spread amongst one floor. The garden area has a private swimming pool and lots of seating for those evening spent by the barbecue.
