With views of the Wild Atlantic Way visible from the house this is a perfect property for friends and family to get together and explore this wonderful area. The nearby village of Ballinskelligs offers a variety of amenities to ensure you have all your holiday essentials. Visit the Skellig Chocolate Factory a short drive away, or hop on board a boat trip to either land or drive around Skellig Michael, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a film location for Star Wars. From here you can view the Little Skelligs with its colony of northern gannets, the largest in Ireland and one of the largest in the world, whilst enjoying the views of the fabulous rugged coastline. One of the pre-famine villages of Cill Rialaig, Ballinskelligs and a retreat for artists, poets, writers and composers of national and international repute is a must see on any visitors lists of places to see while holidaying in the locality. There is an array of water activities available, as well as a choice of glorious sandy beaches in the area to soak up the sun on.
