The village of Kilmore Quay is a small fishing village sure to please with its state-of-the art marina and nearby unspoilt sandy beaches. Ballyteigue offers beautiful walks along some of the finest sand dunes in the south-east of the country. Whatever you decide, there is much to explore in and around the area.

Further afield, Ballyteigue offers plenty of walking opportunities and a day trip to the Great Saltee Island and its famous bird sanctuary is a must.
