The ground floor encompasses a spacious sitting and dining area along with a small but well-equipped fitted kitchen. You can relax and unwind in the south-facing sun room, which opens out to the rear private garden where the kids can play safely. Two first floor bedrooms complete the accommodation at this Coastguard Court cottage, where you are sure to enjoy a peaceful night?s sleep. Why not visit some of the many historical sites and attractions here in the Sunny South East, all within a short drive? Discover the 12th century abbeys, the iconic Hook Lighthouse at Hook Head and JFK's ancestral home and arboretum. Cullenstown is a village on the beach conveniently situated a few minutes' drive from Carrick-on-Bannow, also known as Carrick, renowned for its traditional music festival & sessions, and Duncormick, with its thatched pub and scenic setting, Cullenstown has numerous sandy beaches and rural walks within easy reach. Half an hour by car will take you to the cliff top village of Rosslare with its panoramic views over the coastline, the historic town of Wexford with its narrow streets, world famous Opera House and quayside, and the port of New Ross, where you can experience life on an emigrant ship aboard the historic Dunbrody Famine Ship. The area is an ideal base for an action-packed holiday with great diving, angling, horse riding and coastal walks, or for simply touring this wonderful unspoilt part of Ireland.
