This attractive cottage has a lovely kitchen where you can prepare wonderful food to enjoy in the dining area around the multi-fuel stove before adjourning to the cosy sitting room to put your feet up with a refreshing drink and light the open fire to sit and relax and plan the next day’s activities. Dine alfresco in the lovely enclosed courtyard where there is also a BBQ, or sit out at the front of this wonderful cottage and enjoy the panoramic views towards the fantastic bay. The small village of Arthurstown is in a small bay on the south west corner of Wexford and near New Ross. If you feel like dining out, just 50 yards away from Quay View is King’s Bay Inn and also the Dunbrody Estate is just a short stroll from this pleasant cottage where there is also a pub and restaurant. Further along this pretty coastline is the quaint village of Ballyhack. For you to relax there are numerous outstanding beaches nearby. To explore the surrounding areas, take a ferry to Passage East with its fabulous selections of pubs and restaurants or if you need retail therapy, visit Waterford, Wexford and New Ross which are all delightful villages and well worth a visit. A drive along the spectacular Copper Coast is also not to be missed and the lighthouse at the fabulous Hook Head Peninsula is only a short drive away from this welcoming cottage. A wonderful County Wexford cottage to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

The small seaside village of Arthurstown in County Wexford offers quaint, colourful houses and friendly pubs. Just two miles away is the picturesque fishing village of Duncannon, which boasts a sandy beach, a couple of pubs and restaurants, and close by are the popular villages of Fethard-on-Sea, Wellingtonbridge and Kilmore Quay. The Hook Head Peninsula, the JFK Arboretum, Dunbrody famine ship and the town of Wexford are well worth a visit.
