Travel the short distance to neighbouring village Cong, which provided the setting for the movie The Quiet Man, and where the wonderful Ashford Castle is also situated. Take a day trip to stunning Connemara and savour the culture and traditions of West Galway. Pay a visit to the vibrant city of Galway or travel north to Westport, a true oasis on the Wild Atlantic Way. This cottage will provide the perfect touring base and will not disappoint you.
