Houlakia Beach Villa holds a fabulous coastal location within the popular Houlakia area of Mykonos. The villa is located just 800m from the resort of Aghios Stefanos, boasting handy tavernas serving delicious local food and a minimarket, brilliant for picking up some essentials. The quiet beach here is a real hidden gem, it’s sheltered location makes it perfect for families and watersports. Mykonos Town itself is just a 5 minute car journey away, the picture postcard lanes are just waiting to be explored and boast a huge range of boutiques, bars and restaurants.
The villa boasts beautiful, minimalist interiors, combining modern amenities with traditional Cycladic style, remaining elegant and luxurious while still possessing all the necessary modern facilities for a more than comfortable stay. Houlakia Beach Villa can sleep up to eight guests across four spacious, bedrooms split over two levels. On the ground floor, is the main living accommodation comprising of an open-plan living and dining room and a fitted, fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level is one of the double bedrooms which comes complete with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, are the remaining three double bedrooms, one of which has access to a private balcony from which the beautiful views can be enjoyed. The remaining two double bedrooms both boast ensuite facilities.
Outside, the private infinity style private swimming pool is sheltered by any north winds and as a result makes the perfect spot from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views over Delos island and the sparkling Aegean Sea. The pool is surrounded by pretty flower gardens, complete with dining area, fantastic for those who are looking to do some alfresco dining while on sunny Mykonos
The villa is located close to the small resort of Aghios Stefanos, helpful amenities including bars, restaurants and a minimarket can be found here as well as a quiet beach. Just a 10-minute walk from here is Tourlos, many consider this to be one of the island’s prettiest towns with its white buildings and golden beach, it makes a fantastic spot to enjoy a relaxed evening meal overlooking the marina followed by a stroll along the sand. Mykonos Town itself is just a little further along the coastline and boasts a wider range of nightlife, with cocktail bars and trendy nightclubs galore!
