Villa Menta holds a fabulous position with gorgeous views overlooking Loutraki Bay. It has an excellent location, enjoying superb sea views and is in walking distance of a beach and amenities. The picturesque town of Chania with its famous Venetian port is only a short car journey away.
Inside, the modern four-bedroom villa boasts a spacious open-plan studio with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The main house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area with large patio doors leading to the pool area. The house also enjoys sea views and a family bathroom.
Outside, there is a large private pool, a lawn area and sunbeds to relax and enjoy the relaxing view. There is also comfortable furniture overlooking the pretty gardens and a barbecue, make the perfect spot for alfresco dining. A salt water Eco pool is also available close to the villa.
Situated near to Loutraki Beach and a 20 minutes walk from the beach and tavernas at Marathi. Being just 9km from Chania airport and 17 km from Chania town it's a great position for families. Nearby places to visit include the Agios Nikolas Church at Souda, the Fort of Koules, the Chapel of St John the Baptist, and the natural area of the Kyharis Rover. Heraklion and the ancient site of Knosos are just over a two hour drive away.

have just returned from a magical 3 day trip to Marrakech staying at the beautiful Riad Mentha. A transfer was organised, map directions sent, dinner upon our arrival organised..nothing was too much trouble. We arrived in Marrakech and were whisked in an air conditioned minibus to the stunning Riad Mentha in the most ideal location just off the main square in the Medina. I can only describe walking through the door as walking into the most serene and exquisite space. From the vibrant bustle of the Medina, Riad Mentha is a truly beautiful oasis. Every suite in the Riad has been most sympathetically refurbished with individuality mixed with tradition at the forefront and an underlying sense of quiet luxury. I was in heaven and to be honest I’m generally not that easy to please. The team of Brahim, Ismail and Henia were faultless. The food that Henia cooked for us surpassed any meal we had outside of the Riad and Brahim and Ismail went above and beyond..even to help barter and buy on my behalf, the beautiful ceramic plates we ate from in Riad Mentha. Under half the price directed to a tourist! This is the kind of experience you will fail to find in a large ‘tourist 5* hotel’ where you could be anywhere and anyone. We were made to feel special in a very special place indeed. Without hesitation we will be back. Thank you.
