Maison Leras is a 1920s mansion nestled amidst expansive, elegant grounds, perfectly located a stone's thrown from Hyères, often referred to as the real Côte d’Azur.

Be sure to take a ferry across to the Golden Islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant to experience the unparalleled beauty of the castles, bays and a sea bursting with life.
Maison Leras is ideally situated for beach-lovers and cultural explorers alike. Just 1km away is the fabulous town of Hyères, often considered to be the French Riviera's best kept secret with all the beauty and less of the tourists of the more famous hot-spots and frequented by aristocracy since the 18th century.
This region offers a wealth of activities for all ages from walks through beautiful gardens, summer theme and water parks and a great range of watersports as well as spectacular boat trips to the Iles d’Hyères or venture further out to go whale or dolphin spotting.
There’s a great range of beaches along this coastline including many suitable for families and some hidden gems in more secluded spots such as the Giens peninsular.
Toulon and its fabulous harbour are also roughly 20km away.
Just one of the delightful Provençal villages of this region, Bormes-les-Mimosas (22km) is a little paradise situated on the edge of a hill, well-known for being beautifully decorated with colourful and sweet smelling flowers, picturesque stone walled houses and the tranquillity of village life.
Other Provençal villages include medieval Grimaud (48km) which stands out for its flower filled cobbled streets, ancient churches and stunning views, Gassin (50km) and La Môle (35km), a paradise for walkers with some beautiful trails through the stunning countryside.
For those in search of a little glitz, less than an hours' drive away is the endlessly fashionable Saint-Tropez, with its winding medieval streets lined with cafes, boutiques, restaurants and its coastline of luxury yachts, clubs and bistros, and also hosts charming markets each Tuesday and Saturday.
Activity lovers can discover some of the wonderful walking and cycling trails either along the 20km coastline or up in the Maures mountains. Head even further for a spectacular day at the Gorges du Verdon (115km), the must see natural wonder of southern France where you can hire boats, canoes and kayaks.
