About this property

In an enviable location just a short stroll from the beach, this contemporary and charming home, built into a rock, enjoys stunning views of the Finistère coastline in the one of the most beautiful parts of Brittany.

Head straight upstairs to be wowed by the spacious living and dining room with leather sofas and an open-plan American style kitchen all surrounded by perfect sea and countryside views. There are two balconies where you can take in the perfect vistas or simply relax inside in this glorious space surrounded by light and comfort.

On the ground floor there are three charming bedrooms and two bathrooms with impressive features such as a body-power shower and spa-bath. Two of the bedrooms lead to the pretty gardens which feature a decked al-fresco dining terrace and a BBQ, ideal for long summer lunches or an evening under the starry sky. Outside you will also find a slide and swing for little guests whilst young and old will appreciate the bikes and table tennis available to use.

The pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the indoor heated swimming pool, making Le Grand Rocher ideal for all seasons. This is a real touch of luxury in this lovable and inviting home.

You can wander down to the beach or stroll to the little fishing port which has boat excursions departing in July and August. There is a surf school within a couple of minutes or a great range of watersports from kayaks to kite-surfing, not to mention sand-yachting, all within a short drive.

There are stunning beaches across this part of the Finistère coastline, not only within walking distance but also a short drive such as arguably one of Brittany’s most beautiful beaches only 4.5km away with turquoise coloured waters.

Those in search of activity can play tennis nearby or head to Carantec for golf with a sea-view, as well as hiking, cycling and horse-riding opportunities across this magnificent coastline. The thoughtful owners have even provided fishing jackets, boots, a net and a rake for those keen on sea-fishing, such a popular pastime in this region.
